Overview At Irish Drone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind or if there is an issue with your product, we are here to help. Our returns policy is in accordance with the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013.

Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.

Conditions for Return

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging with all seals intact.

Important for Drones: Please note that once a drone has been activated (linked to a user account) or flown, it is considered “used” as data has been recorded. Therefore, we cannot accept returns of activated drones under the standard “change of mind” policy unless the item is faulty.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us via email before sending any products back.

Shipping Costs

Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Warranty

All DJI products sold by us come with the standard manufacturer warranty. If your product becomes faulty within the warranty period, please contact us. We will assist you in repairing the device or replacing it in accordance with Irish consumer laws and DJI’s warranty policies.
