This Shipping Policy explains how Irish Drone handles order processing, shipping, delivery, collection, delivery costs and delivery-related customer support for products purchased through our website.
Irish Drone is operated by IRPC Green Energy Ltd T/A Irish Drone. We supply DJI Enterprise drones, drone accessories, payloads, software, care plans and related professional equipment to customers in Ireland and, where available, other supported regions.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully completed and the order details have been reviewed by Irish Drone.
Most standard orders are reviewed within 1–2 working days. Processing time may vary depending on product availability, supplier lead time, payment verification, technical suitability checks, enterprise product requirements or customer information needed before dispatch.
Orders placed during weekends, public holidays or outside normal business hours will usually be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Destinations
Irish Drone primarily serves customers in Ireland.
Shipping to the EU, UK or other locations may be available depending on the product, stock status, courier availability, customs requirements and delivery address. Customers outside Ireland should contact us before placing an order if they need confirmation of delivery options, estimated delivery time or shipping cost.
Some high-value, large, restricted or enterprise-grade products may require manual delivery confirmation before shipment.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may vary depending on stock availability, product type, supplier lead time, courier service, delivery address, customs checks and other factors outside our control.
Typical estimated delivery times are:
Ireland: approximately 1–3 working days after dispatch for in-stock items.
EU destinations: approximately 3–7 working days after dispatch, where shipping is available.
UK or other destinations: delivery time may vary and should be confirmed before ordering.
Pre-order products, backordered products, enterprise drone systems, DJI Dock products, payloads, large accessories or products requiring configuration may take longer to dispatch.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs may vary depending on the product, order value, delivery location, package size, courier service and any special handling requirements.
Where shipping costs are available online, they will be shown during checkout before payment is completed. For large, high-value or enterprise-grade equipment, shipping costs may need to be confirmed separately by Irish Drone before dispatch.
If a product requires a special delivery arrangement, insured shipping, pallet delivery, collection or on-site handover, Irish Drone will contact the customer to confirm the delivery method and any applicable charges.
VAT, Duties and Customs
Prices and tax information will be shown according to the checkout settings and applicable order details.
For deliveries outside Ireland, customers may be responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, clearance charges or local taxes required by the destination country. These charges are not controlled by Irish Drone and may vary depending on local regulations.
Customers outside Ireland should check any import or tax obligations before placing an order.
High-Value and Enterprise Products
Some DJI Enterprise products, including drones, payloads, docking systems, batteries, charging stations and specialist accessories, may require additional verification before dispatch.
This may include order confirmation, payment verification, delivery address confirmation, product availability checks, serial number recording, courier insurance requirements or suitability checks for enterprise equipment.
Irish Drone may contact the customer before dispatch if additional information is required.
Collection and Local Handover
For certain products or enterprise orders, collection or local handover may be available by prior arrangement only.
Please contact Irish Drone before visiting or arranging collection. Collection is not guaranteed unless it has been confirmed by Irish Drone in advance.

Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
Irish Drone is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible delivery information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has been dispatched.
Delivery Confirmation and Risk
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout or otherwise confirmed with Irish Drone.
Proof of shipment and delivery confirmation may be retained for order verification, customer support and payment dispute handling.
Risk of loss or damage may pass to the customer once the courier confirms delivery to the provided delivery address, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
Delays, Stock Issues and Pre-Orders
All products are subject to availability. If an item is temporarily out of stock, delayed by the supplier, subject to pre-order status or requires additional lead time, Irish Drone may contact the customer with an update.
Where possible, we will provide an estimated dispatch or delivery timeframe. However, delivery estimates may change due to supplier schedules, courier delays, customs checks, public holidays, weather disruption or other circumstances outside our control.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact Irish Drone as soon as possible by email. Please include your order number, customer name, product details and clear photos or videos of the packaging and item received.
Do not dispose of the packaging until the issue has been reviewed, as it may be required for courier investigation or product inspection.
Returns and Return Shipping
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refunds Policy.
Customers must contact Irish Drone before sending any product back. Products returned without prior approval may be delayed, refused or returned to the customer.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is normally responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping costs may be non-refundable.
If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, Irish Drone will review the case and confirm the appropriate return process.
