This Payment Methods page explains the payment options available when purchasing products from Irish Drone, how payments are processed, and what customers should know before placing an order.

Irish Drone is operated by IRPC Green Energy Ltd T/A Irish Drone. We supply DJI Enterprise drones, drone accessories, payloads, software, care plans and related professional equipment to customers in Ireland and, where available, other supported regions.

Accepted Payment Methods

Irish Drone accepts the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Available payment methods may include:

Debit cards

Credit cards

Other card network payments supported through our secure payment providers

Additional payment options may be available depending on the order type, product value, customer location and payment provider availability.

For high-value enterprise orders, quotation-based orders, special procurement orders or products requiring manual confirmation, Irish Drone may contact the customer before payment is completed or before dispatch.

PayPal Payments

Where PayPal is available at checkout, customers may choose to pay using their PayPal account or another PayPal-supported payment option.

PayPal payments are processed securely through PayPal’s own payment system. Irish Drone does not control PayPal account approval, PayPal login access, PayPal buyer protection decisions, PayPal card acceptance or PayPal payment security checks.

If a PayPal payment is declined, delayed, held for review or marked as pending, the order may not be processed until the payment has been successfully completed and confirmed.

Card Payments

Where card payments are available at checkout, customers may pay using supported debit or credit cards.

Card payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers and card networks. Irish Drone does not store or have access to your full card number, card security code or complete payment card details.

Card payments may be subject to verification, fraud checks, authorisation by the card issuer and security checks by the payment provider.

Secure Payment Processing

All online payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

You are legally authorised to use the selected payment method.

The payment information provided is accurate and complete.

You authorise Irish Drone and its payment providers to charge the total order amount, including product price, applicable taxes, shipping costs and any other charges shown before checkout is completed.

Irish Drone does not store customers’ full card details on its website.

Order Confirmation

An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation email has been issued.

After payment is completed, customers should receive an order confirmation by email. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact Irish Drone and include your name, email address and any payment reference available.

Irish Drone reserves the right to review, cancel or refuse an order where there is suspected fraud, unauthorised payment, payment failure, pricing error, stock issue, product availability issue or incorrect order information.

Payment Verification

Some orders may require additional verification before processing or dispatch.

This may apply to:

High-value DJI Enterprise products

Drone systems

Payloads

Docking systems

Software or care plans

Orders with unusual payment details

Orders with different billing and shipping information

Orders requiring supplier or stock confirmation

Orders that trigger payment provider security checks

Irish Drone may contact the customer to verify payment, delivery details or order information before dispatch.

Bank Transfer or Invoice-Based Payment

For certain business, enterprise, government, education or quotation-based orders, Irish Drone may allow bank transfer or invoice-based payment by prior arrangement only.

Bank transfer or invoice-based payment is not automatically available for every online order.

If you require a quotation, invoice or alternative payment arrangement, please contact Irish Drone before placing your order.

Orders paid by bank transfer or invoice will usually only be processed after cleared funds have been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Irish Drone.

Currency, VAT and Taxes

Product prices, VAT and any applicable charges will be shown according to the website settings and checkout information.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the full order total before completing payment.

For deliveries outside Ireland, additional customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or local charges may apply. These charges are not controlled by Irish Drone and are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.

Failed, Pending or Declined Payments

If your payment fails, is declined or remains pending, Irish Drone may not be able to process the order.

Common reasons for failed or delayed payment may include:

Insufficient funds

Incorrect card details

Card issuer security checks

PayPal account restrictions

Payment provider review

Bank authorisation failure

Billing address mismatch

Technical checkout issues

If your payment fails, please check with your bank, card issuer or payment provider first. You may also contact Irish Drone if you need help confirming whether an order was received.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If there is a problem with your order, payment, delivery, return or refund, please contact Irish Drone before opening a payment dispute or chargeback.

This allows us to review the issue and provide support more quickly.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened, Irish Drone may provide order details, payment records, delivery confirmation, customer communication and transaction information to the payment provider, card network, bank or relevant dispute authority.

Unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes without prior contact may delay resolution.

Refunds

Approved refunds will normally be processed back to the original payment method used for the order.

Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, PayPal or payment provider.

Refunds are handled according to our Refunds Policy. Customers must contact Irish Drone before returning any product.

Shipping costs, payment processing fees or other charges may not be refundable unless required by law or agreed by Irish Drone.

Payment Security and Customer Responsibility

Customers should only complete payment through the official Irish Drone website or an approved payment link or invoice provided by Irish Drone.

Customers should not share card details, PayPal login details, passwords or other sensitive payment information by email, phone message or contact form.

Irish Drone will never ask customers to provide a full card number, card security code or PayPal password by email.

If you receive a suspicious payment request claiming to be from Irish Drone, please contact us directly before making payment.
